Who are the people that push our buttons, what are the events that causes us to feel out of balance, what are the situations send us over the edge, what are the conditioned responses that make us hungry. 8) How do we stay in a program for as many weeks as it takes for us to lose the weight. How do we design an eating philosophy that will work for us for the rest of our lives.
