Monthly Support Program
The monthly support program is a comprehensive program designed to help participants through the profound changes it takes to get off the diet roller-coaster. Participants are able to:
  • Complete a thorough profile so that "The End of Diets" staff can be aware of a participant’s individual strengths and weaknesses to better assist them through the program.
  • Record participant’s intentions/plans as to what they are going to eat during the day.
  • Use The End of Diets internet tracking sheet to record what was eaten throughout the day.
  • Use The End of Diets Web Journaling to document deviations from planned meals as they happen.·
  • Track emotional triggers as they occur during the day.
  • Journal on any event or emotion, such as personal confrontations, anxiety, stress or loneliness, that trigger emotional hunger.
  • Participate in the weekly webcast meetings
  • Record intentions to exercise and track your workouts on the web.
  • Receive email support as needed during the week
  • Receive daily tips and reminders on how to best use the available tools, to stay on track and advice on avoiding common pitfalls.

Weekend Intensive
  • One Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. One Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

  • Content of the Intensive

1. Discovery Phase – Fact Finding: Who are you?
· Profile of who you are and your eating history.
· Assessments of life skills. What are personal strengths and liabilities
· Analysis of personal relationship structures.
· Profile of childhood and past experiences suspected of influencing your emotional eating.
· Compilation of current eating patterns: What you eat and the emotional triggers of when you eat.
2. Commitment Phase - Build a strong Foundation
· Commit to getting yourself intimately,
· Stop looking for answers outside of yourself,
· Give up being seduced by fad diets that don’t work for compulsive overeaters/emotional eaters.
· Commit to master the tools you will need to heal the emotional hunger.
3. Investment Phase – Begin investing in the tools and behaviors to heal the emotional hunger.
· Commit to getting to self-knowledge that leads to self-advocacy and ultimately to SELF-LOVE.
· Commit to meeting your physical, emotional, intellectual & spiritual* needs instead of suppressing them with food.
· Invest in effective coping mechanisms.
· Invest in loving, supportive relationships.

4. Transformation Phase – Incorporate the lessons learned into the dailyness of your life.
· Incorporate a higher and higher percentage of the behaviors that contribute to who you are.

· What contributes to meeting your physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs?
· Note what works and when do you falter.
· Discard behaviors, people, situations and beliefs that don’t contribute to your physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs.
5. Conscious Eating
· Become aware of what you eat
. Become present to your food
. Learn how to process your emotions instead of eating through them
· Gradually reduce consumption
· If it makes sense for you, gradually increase the duration and intensity of your exercise program

Weekly Webcast Conferences

The weekly conference is a powerful, 1½ hour webcast where participants receive further insights and tools to conquer emotional eating. Participants are able to share insights as to what worked for them, receive advice in areas where they still need help and give suggestions on methods and tools to help achieve specific results.

Before each conference participants must journal and summarize their week. Participants will be asked to respond to questions such as:
>>> What were some ups and down during the week and how did you respond to them?
>>> What did you learn about yourself when you faced those triumphs and setbacks?
>>> What concepts need to be revisited or further explained?
